Prepare for therapy with voice notesRecord.Reflect.Remember.
thred helps you hold on to what's on your mind, so nothing important goes unsaid in your next session.
Most of what happens between sessions never makes it into the room.
thred is a voice journal that helps you prepare for therapy. You have a thought at 11pm. A moment of clarity on the way to work. A feeling you can't name. By the time you sit down with your therapist, it's gone, or the words for it are. thred is a quiet place to put it down before it disappears.

You can tell thred anything and everything.
There's no one across from you while you record, so there's no face to read and no reaction to brace for. Whatever happened, good, hard or somewhere in between, say it the way it comes to you.
"Share how you arrived here."
One of our favourite prompts for a first recording. It could be your journey to thred, how you arrived at your current situation, or anything else on your mind.
Speak freely
Whenever something is on your mind between sessions, record a voice note. It doesn't have to be long. Even 30 seconds is enough.
thred listens
After each recording, thred reflects back what it heard: the tone of what you said, the themes that keep coming up and a moment worth noticing. It doesn't diagnose anything.
Bring it into the room
When you're ready, send your therapist a summary before your next session. You choose what goes in it, and nothing is sent until you do.
Arrive prepared
Walk in with the words already formed, so the session can start from what's on your mind instead of trying to remember it.
What happens to what you say
Clearer about what you need.

I've always had difficulty pinpointing what I wanted to bring to a session. This has made it so much easier.
Saves so much time in therapy!
I'm not a big fan of journalling and lose track of the thoughts I want to bring to a session. This is a game changer.
It made me reach out to someone to talk to... sharing my deepest thoughts is overwhelming, but doing this with AI made it easier because I could be judged less and understood more.
Therapy is still somewhat of a taboo in the part of the world I'm from, so in the event therapy isn't an option to some, this would be helpful in still being able to seek some form of support effectively.
It's kind of like an emotional journal... it doesn't give advice, it's more about helping you make sense of what you're carrying before therapy, coaching, or just for personal reflection.
Bring this week into your next session.
Start recording between sessions. It's free during early access.
