An emotion check-in that listens, too.
After each voice note, thred asks one question: what's the loudest emotion behind this recording? You name it, then thred shows you what it heard in what you said.
Name it first
Pick from a short list or type your own word. Start with what's strongest, add up to two more if something sits alongside it, or skip it entirely.
See what thred heard
thred reflects the emotion that comes through in your words, next to the one you named. Sometimes they match. Sometimes the gap is the interesting part.
Watch it change over time
After a few recordings, an emotion map shows where your notes sit across different feelings.
Why check in after every note
"How have you been?" is a hard question to answer on the spot. A quick check-in after each note builds up a picture in your own words, so you have more to go on than "fine".
Neither one is the right answer
What thred hears isn't more correct than what you named. It's an invitation to look again, and something you might choose to talk through with your therapist.
